Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

DSV Panalpina is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team in København, Denmark. As a leading global logistics company, we are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics operations and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information and solutions - Assist in developing new business opportunities and expanding the client base

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a similar role within the logistics industry - Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
