Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Solar is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Provide product recommendations and guidance to clients based on their individual needs - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client management role - Driven and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients - Strong people management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Innovative thinker who can propose creative solutions to client issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
