Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Pandora Jewelry is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients from a remote location. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Manage client inquiries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction 4. Assist with order processing, tracking, and shipping logistics 5. Maintain accurate client records and information in the company database 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients 7. Prepare reports and analyze data to improve client service and satisfaction

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills 2. Previous experience in a client service or customer-facing role 3. Strong presentation and leadership skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
