Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Arla Foods is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in København, Denmark. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 4 years of experience who is energetic, reliable, and possesses exceptional problem-solving and time management skills. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service remotely.

Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Conducting regular client check-ins and providing updates on services - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Contributing to the overall success of the client service team

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs - Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Danish is a plus
