Job Description:


Universal Robots is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and who possess the personality traits of reliability and motivation.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product and service information to clients and assist them with troubleshooting and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better support clients' needs


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
