Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Thrane & Thrane. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our client service processes

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma required, college degree preferred
