Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Novo, a dynamic company located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed


Requirements: - Strong planning and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
