Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Radiometer Medical is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively persuade and influence clients to achieve desired outcomes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
