Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Novo Nordisk is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team in København, Capital, DK on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues through phone, email, and in-person communication - Provide information about products and services to clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge - Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting client issues, escalating when necessary - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and identify any additional needs - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better assist clients and provide informed recommendations


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
