Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


Bavarian Nordic is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience to gain valuable skills in client support and communication.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive client experience


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive and confident in presenting solutions to clients - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed
