Client Support Associate

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team at Thrane & Thrane in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges - Conduct presentations and negotiations to effectively communicate our products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database - Work closely with the customer support team to address any technical or service-related issues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
