Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


SP Group is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client support. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess strong persuasion skills, and be adept at strategic planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients. 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition. 6. Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Provide regular updates to clients on products, services, and company developments. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Confident and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 7. Experience in strategic planning and persuasive communication. 8. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
