Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


MiR is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client support issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. 4. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction and retention. 5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in the client support process. 6. Train and mentor junior client support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in client support services. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support management.


Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in client support management. 2. Proven track record of providing excellent client support and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and independent work ethic. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6. People management skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
