Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Falck is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support or related roles. We are looking for a resilient and reliable individual with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs - Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients - Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively address client needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding revenue targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
