Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Leo Pharma, a global pharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people with skin diseases, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyze client feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in support services - Create and maintain client support documentation and resources - Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs proactively - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in Danish and English
