Job Description:
Coloplast is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our clients in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as a resource for any questions or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent personality traits - Strategic planning and innovation skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
