Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Trifork is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Resourceful and motivated individual with strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
