Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team at Falck in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively - Build strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent planning and organizational skills
