Terma, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent planning and leadership skills.
As a Client Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and assist in the development of client proposals.
Key responsibilities include: - Providing first-class customer service to all clients - Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Resolving client issues and escalations in a timely manner - Coordinating with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Assisting in the development of client proposals and contracts - Conducting client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Proven leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
