Client Support Officer

Job Description:

SP Group is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a high level of adaptability and energy.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research and analysis to understand client needs and preferences - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives - Provide feedback to management on trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Persuasive and able to influence others - High level of adaptability and energy - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
