Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Ecco is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
