Remote Client Support Representative

Job Summary:

Hartmann is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience who are independent, resourceful, creative, and cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service remotely and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Educate clients on company products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve client support processes - Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
