Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Solar is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to clients. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Solar's products and services. 5. Utilize data-driven decision making to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 3. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 7.
