Job Description:
Ambu is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively troubleshoot problems and provide technical assistance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client interactions and contribute to overall customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up on any unresolved issues to ensure a high level of customer service - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client support processes
Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional client support - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and empathize with their needs - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements - Previous experience in a client support role for at least 3 years - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
