Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Arla Foods is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and possess a motivated and independent personality. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to think creatively to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients regarding our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to think creatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
