Job Description:

Daloon, a leading manufacturer of frozen convenience foods, is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in København, Capital. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. You will troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure that our clients are satisfied with our products and services. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to address any customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement.
