Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Rockwool International. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will provide crucial support to our clients in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. The ideal candidate will be motivated and adaptable, possessing strong research and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are escalated as necessary. 3. Conduct research to identify solutions and best practices for client support. 4. Assist in maintaining client records and documentation. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better support client needs. 6. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 7. Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, seeking resolution and feedback for improvement. 8. Other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity. 6. Motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
