Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Danfoss. This is a part-time, work from home position based in København, Denmark. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide guidance and assistance to clients on product usage and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Stay up to date on product knowledge to better assist clients - Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Independent and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion skills to effectively manage client interactions - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet home office with high-speed internet connection - Must be available to work flexible hours as needed
