Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will work remotely from your home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, providing exceptional support to our clients. This position is at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client satisfaction - Assist in the implementation of client support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Provide regular updates and reports on client support activities to management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
