Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Secunia is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing assistance and support to customers with product information, technical issues, and general inquiries - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Managing and updating customer records in the database - Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery


Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Possesses emotional intelligence and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
