Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and adaptable Contact Center Associate to join our team at Royal Unibrew in København, Capital, DK. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and handling sales inquiries - Processing orders and returns accurately - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery - Continuously improving personal knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Confidence in handling challenging situations with customers - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software is a plus
