Job Description:
Matas, a leading retail company in Denmark, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to work remotely from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database - Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure - Resourceful and resilient, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving - Excellent people management and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
