Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at 3Shape in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our contact center operations to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and the ability to work part-time.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise contact center staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve customer service and maximize productivity. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and ensure that service level agreements are met. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Utilize contact center technology and tools to analyze data and optimize performance. 7. Create and maintain reports on contact center performance for management review. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 6. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 7.
