Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Remote Contact Center Manager to oversee our contact center operations from a remote location. As a part-time role at Ramboll in København, Capital, DK, this position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and quality - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team goals are met - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolutions are achieved in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven experience in managing remote teams - Independent and resourceful mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in using contact center software and systems - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
