Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Novo Nordisk is seeking a Part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate level professional with at least 5 years of experience, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures - Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Conduct training sessions for contact center staff to enhance skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Proficiency in research and people management
