Job Description:

Danske Commodities is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This position will allow you to work remotely from your location in København, Capital, DK.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing. 3. Process customer orders, payments, and service requests accurately and in accordance with company policies. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Complete various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and reporting. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3.
