Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Milestone Systems, a leading company in the security and surveillance industry, is looking for a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist in training new team members as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and adaptable with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus) - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
