Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: SP Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. As an Entry Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing support and assistance to customers with account management - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Updating customer information in the database - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
