Job Description:
Matas, a leading retail company in Denmark, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping others. As an Associate-level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Update customer records and account information accurately in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate any unresolved issues to management. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution times and customer satisfaction scores. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Danish and English. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 5. Energetic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. People management skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. 7. Presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
