William Demant Holding, a global leader in the hearing healthcare industry, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate to appropriate departments if needed - Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer service delivery

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Resilient personality traits with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Proficiency in computer applications and call center software
