Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join the LEGO Group team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care roles. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, possess strong project management skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer care and support via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer care best practices
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours and potentially on weekends or holidays
