Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Solar, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating and finding appropriate solutions. 3. Assisting customers with product information and troubleshooting. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Providing feedback to the team on common customer issues and ways to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Reliable and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 4. Ability to make decisions independently and work well under pressure. 5. Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Must be comfortable working remotely and managing your time efficiently. 7. Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
