Job Description:

ReSound, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2.
