Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


LINAK is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As a Customer Care Associate at LINAK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Provide detailed product information and assistance with order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues by researching and identifying solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work part-time hours and occasional weekends. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Fluency in Danish and English languages.
