Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and independent individual with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet - Creativity and critical thinking skills to solve customer problems effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
