Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team at Grundfos in København, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer care experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Oversee a team of customer care representatives and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services. 7. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Care Manager or similar role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Project management skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 7. Fluent in English and Danish. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
