Job Description:
KMD is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and possesses excellent time management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives and oversee daily operations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Train and onboard new customer care team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
