Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team at Falck. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being provided - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet KPIs and targets related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer care - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Adaptable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
