Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Grundfos, a leading global provider of advanced pump solutions. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. You will handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, as well as monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build strong relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously evaluate and improve customer care processes and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and motivated self-starter - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus
