Job Description:
Genmab, a leading biotechnology company in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a Customer Care Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. This position is targeted at individuals with a mid-to-senior level of experience in customer care, with a minimum of 8 years in the field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer care team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continually improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in a customer care management role. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Flexibility to work from home and during non-traditional hours.
